Dr. Deborah E. Swain, PhD., has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in information science and communication. She has also presented papers and workshops at conferences for the ASIST, STC, and IEEE on use cases, database design, computer interfaces, process auditing, business communications, and software engineering. Her current area of research involves the definition of collaboration models for knowledge management in businesses and educational organizations. |
